We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@soyandglow.co.za. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return address and tracking information.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item
Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for customized or personalized products, final sale items, or products used more than 50%
Damages and Issues
Damaged Items: Customers must contact us within 3-7 business days of receiving the item if it’s damaged or defective
Images Required: Customers may need to provide images of the damaged item for our reference
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Timeframe: Exchanges can be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date
Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all tags and labels attached
Process: Customers can contact us via email or phone to initiate an exchange
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Short Street, George , Western-cape.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
